Responsibilities

• Sell reputed company's Retirement Services 401(k) solutions over the phone using virtual technologies
• Connect with both new and existing clients to sell products that put millions of employees on the road to retirement readiness
• Focus on daily goals around the number of dials, talk-time, and appointments set

• Ability to connect with both new and existing clients to sell products

• Ability to work a set schedule Monday -- Friday, no weekends
• Ability to conduct virtual appointments with clients
• Ability to earn uncapped commissions and participate in incentive trips and promotional opportunities
• Prior quota-carrying experience
• Securities Industry reputed company (SIE) and Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 6 and 63 licensing is a plus; candidates with great sales acumen will be considered pending appropriate licensing reputed company the first 45 days of employment
