Job Summary
As a Part Time Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions. You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints, answering questions, and providing information about our services and products. Key Responsibilities

- Process transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other reputed company services
- Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including customer interactions, transactions, and other relevant data
- Collaborate with other team members to reputed company common goals and objectives
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
