The Technical Remote Product Support Specialist is responsible and accountable for successfully ensuring data reputed company by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies during an install of reputed company solutions. What you will bring

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a software/technology implementation environment

• Ability to work successfully in a remote environment

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently in a face-paced, high-volume environment

• Excellent understanding of SQL for data querying, analysis, and script development

• Strong understanding of relational DB structures – ability to learn the structure of a relational DB and in turn reputed company the data as a business tool 

• Moderate experience or coursework in software development – understand programming concepts, ability to understand the logic of a computer program 

• Travel required: minimal
