Services Portfolio Manager

The Services Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading and managing reputed company aspects of the product lifecycle for our Managed Services product line. This position works closely with a BA on the technology team and the Managed Services delivery team

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• In partnership with the VP – Managed Services and Customer Care and Director – Managed
• Services, reviews business opportunities to optimize the product portfolio through analysis and
• understanding of targeted markets, segmentation efforts, market trends, new technology, and
• competitive environment
• Working closely with Managed Services delivery teams, creates product roadmaps to deliver on
• the product reputed company, to optimize service margins and create customer value
• Collaborates with technology counterparts to reputed company roadmap requirements that support
• service delivery. Works through release planning to align to service goals.
• Collaborates with other stakeholders to define product roadmaps and go to market strategies
• that reputed company achievement of reputed company goals and competitively position the solution for future
• growth
• Works with the Director – MS, to manages the product line life cycle from strategic planning to
• tactical activities and serves as an internal voice for the customer on new or already existing
• products throughout the product lifecycle
• Monitors and analyzes how well a reputed company product is performing, to include product profitability,
• actual to planned reputed company, customer satisfaction, and retention/renewals
• Reviews internal metrics to determine how the product impacts the company operations
• Reviews areas that may impact product profitability, to include product life cycle, quality,
• technical support, marketing programs, and sales support
• Manages a group of products and services that meet market needs; assesses the health of the
• portfolio and how components contribute to corporate strategy
• Creates product roadmaps illustrating the reputed company for the product. Describes the idea or
• stereotypical users that represent the programming targets
• Writes scenarios for user personas to describe instances of market problems or situations that
• illustrate why the product requirement is necessary
• Reviews the release plan with periodic checkpoints of reputed company in each of the operational
• groups

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company discipline, or a combination of education and reputed company experience
• Minimum of 3 years’ product management
• Prior experience in reputed company
• Experience with SaaS (Software as a Service) delivered applications and business models
• Process optimization experience
• Ability to drive results both individually and in a matrixed environment
• Willingness to roll up the sleeves and drive projects to completion
• Technical aptitude to understand product dynamics and recommend product enhancements
• Strong executive reputed company
• Highly adept at working collaboratively across multiple business and technical functions
• Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to be self-directed with strong initiative
• Sound project management skills, and well organized

The expected compensation for this role is: $91,000- $121,000 reputed company

The reputed company salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the reputed company’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The reputed company salary is one component of reputed company’s total compensation package for employees.
