Implementation Project Specialist

As an Implementation Project Specialist, you will partner closely with our Sales team to facilitate a smooth transition from the sales cycle to implementation and launch. As a trusted partner to the client, you will ensure reputed company timelines and deliverables are met and coordinate with reputed company internal departments to fulfill customer needs. Your goal is to provide the ultimate customer experience and work to delight our customers during reputed company and reputed company. What You'll Do

• Project manage the implementation, configuration and training of TouchBistro's POS
• Be solution focused and recommend solutions to our customers as you work with them
• Form strong partnerships with internal teams (Install, Product, Development, Sales, Support and Customer Care) in order to drive timely implementations for customers and ensure the voice of the customer is heard
• Train on reputed company TouchBistro functionality, articulating the benefits of reputed company key features
• Upsell during the implementation process reputed company possible
• reputed company our customers in the direction of reputed company and continue to grow our customer advocates and the TouchBistro footprint

What You Bring

• You have 2+ years project management and/or client management experience
• You have Bachelor’s Degree/College Diploma in a relevant field
• Deep knowledge of the restaurant industry would be an asset
• You have extremely organized and ability to get multiple projects done at once in a fast-paced environment
• You have the ability to reputed company reputed company information in an easy to understand way for different audiences
• You are comfortable leading conversations and building quick rapport with reputed company levels of the restaurant team including the reputed company
• You have ability to appropriately set and reset expectations with stakeholders

The final offer amount for this role will depend on geographical region, applicable experience, and the skillset of the candidate.
