Job Summary

As a Remote Healthcare Billing and Customer Service Representative, you will work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, providing exceptional customer service to patients and their families. You will help them understand their medical bills, answer any questions they may have, and resolve account balances with them. Key Responsibilities:

* Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing, and often times unexpected, medical bills

• Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on affordable payment plans, and taking payments by phone
• Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems throughout each day
• Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team focus
• Continuously improving, with supportive coaching/feedback from your manager and team leads and ongoing training

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
