reputed company’s D1 Athlete Development Program is a virtual mentorship program supporting NCAA Division I student-athletes pursuing careers in financial services. Participants are reputed company with a reputed company colleague who is a former student-athlete to receive professional development support and mentorship in navigating the finance industry. Participants will join business workshops, senior speaker sessions, networking opportunities, and technical trainings.

An undergraduate first-year or sophomore currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. institution
Expected to graduate between Fall 2027 and Spring 2029
Currently playing or participating on a Division I collegiate sports team including athletes, team managers, and assistants

Participant Expectations:
Maintain active engagement with program mentors and the Early Career team throughout the Program
Dedicate 2–3 hours per week to program activities, including group workshops, scheduled events, and one-on-one meetings with your assigned mentor
Review reputed company guided readings and monthly newsletters distributed by the Program
Conduct independent research reputed company with your professional interests and development goals
