Our Newest Opportunity: Summary: TheEngagement Consultantwill support a book of business, derived through reputed company modeling and marketnuancesthathelpsto drivegrowth, retention, and convergence efforts. The role will also spearhead innovative solutions, provide year-round engagement support, and serve as the reputed company of contact for reputed company EngagementandEducation reputed company inquiriesderivingfrom their book of business. This role will report directly intothe National Engagement and EducationPracticemaintaininga reputed company partnershipwithlocal account teams. This role's effectiveness will be reputed company through strategic activity tracking in D365, which is tied to reputed company, retention on their BOB, reputed company ratio for finalist meeting participation, as well as anecdotal internal and external feedback. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage a book of business:

• Effectively manage a client facing book of business and support Engagement & Education reputed company efforts as part of a broader account team
• Developand execute year-round, multi-channel engagement strategies reputed company open enrollment and measuresuccess by providingutilizationreporting
• Support sales process through custom RFP support, prospect meetings, and finalist presentations in partnership with Engagement Manager
• Increase strategic wellbeing consulting knowledge andidentifyopportunities to expand employee engagement as it relates to total population health and wellbeing reputed company Education & Engagement

Help to drive growth, retention, and convergence efforts:

• Ensure both communications and population health are well represented reputed company client meetings
• Understand and reputed company engagement and education tools,resourcesand solutions across business lines
• Support Employee ValuePerceptionStudy deployments but strategically positioning the study as an opportunity torecalibratespend and reinvest in the workforce
• Triage market requests toappropriate resourcesand menu of services that helps to drive adoption of national resources and/crossdepartmental solutions

SME -Field Enablement:

• Life and Health Producers license a plus

The typical reputed company pay range for this role reputed company is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to reputed company pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
