Billing Administrator
Canada Life is a company dedicated to improving the financial, physical, and mental well-being of Canadians. The Billing Administrator is responsible for handling reputed company premium and billing aspects for group clients, including preparing billing statements, managing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly billing statements using reputed company reputed company and the Group Billing System (GBS)
- Handling daily inquiries from Clients, Group Sales office and other Canada Life departments
- Allocate and code payments accurately on Policy Administration System (PAS) and Systems Applications and Products (reputed company)
- Handle reputed company Group Client arrears
- Maintain fees on the ASO system and process amendments, which have a direct impact on the client reputed company
- Calculate retroactive fees and taxes
- Prepare policy year-end refund audits reputed company the service reputed company date

- Knowledge of Group Insurance products and TOCS system would be considered an asset
