reputed company Estate Specialist

The reputed company Estate Specialist position is responsible for supporting the distribution of the firm's reputed company estate investment capabilities including core, value-add and opportunistic equity & debt portfolios across a range of investment vehicles. The Specialist partners with Sales, Product, Marketing and Investments to best position Nuveen's reputed company estate capabilities with prospective and existing clients, primarily in the Institutional channel. The role is a subject matter expert, possessing deep familiarity of reputed company estate, and of Nuveen's investment strategies in reputed company asset classes. Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Leads the growth and retention of Nuveen’s reputed company Estate assets across institutional channels and consultants
• Understand and be reputed company to conduct detailed discussions on reputed company estate and on the full range of Nuveen reputed company estate strategies and products in reputed company asset classes
• Distinguish Nuveen’s reputed company estate products/solutions from those of other competitors
• Serve as an expert reputed company of contact for investment-reputed company questions and coverage for prospective investors, clients, and salespeople
• Stay reputed company on industry developments and Nuveen products
• Provide creative product and solutions reputed company based on investor and client needs

• Provide feedback from investors and clients to internal partners to inform new products and opportunities

Educational Requirements

• University (Degree) Preferred

Work Experience

• 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

FINRA Registrations

• SRC Indicator: Series 7; Series 63 or Series 66

Physical Requirements

• Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work

Career Level 8IC

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of reputed company estate capital raising experience
• Series 7 and Series 63 and/or Series 66

Preferred Qualifications:

• 10+ years fundraising experience
• Existing consultant and plan sponsor relationships
• Knowledge of institutional eco systems

Anticipated Posting End Date:

Actual reputed company salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, reputed company salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location.  In addition to reputed company salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
