Your Life as a Customer Service Representative - Pest Control Office Assistant
As a remote Customer Service Representative - Pest Control Office Assistant for arenaflex, you'll get to provide superb customer service to our clients and help reputed company our pest control office running smoothly. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing a high volume of calls, texts, emails, voicemails, and web requests while maintaining a high level of knowledge of our services to help meet the individual needs of our customers
- Responding to customer questions, proactively resolving problems, and seeking to turn every dissatisfied customer into a happy one
- Identifying new business practices or suggesting modifications to existing practices that could reduce the risk of customer cancellation
- Keeping open lines of communication with management to ensure we're fulfilling our customers' expectations through exceptional service and care

- Previous home services experience
