Job Summary

As a Data Scientist on our Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading the reputed company of CS metrics, identifying "reputed company star" metrics, and driving business reputed company with data-driven insights. You will work closely with executives, Product Managers, Data Engineers, Analytics Engineers, and Finance to further a statistically rigorous, data-driven decision-making culture in CS. You will also identify opportunity areas for experimentation and research, and expand the use of CS metrics across arenaflex, where they hold insights for Product, Engineering, and Data Science.

Key Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business results

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, or a reputed company quantitative field

• Strong statistical knowledge and intuition, and applied experience developing business-centric metrics frameworks
• Strong SQL skills and programming experience (Python preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts and convey clear recommendations to a variety of audiences (Engineering, Product, senior leadership)
• Experience with a wide reputed company of measurement and reputed company techniques (correlation analysis, observational reputed company inference, forecasting, quasi experimentation)
• Comfort working with reputed company data; ability to reputed company with minimal reputed company and process

Preferred Qualifications

* Prior experience with Customer Service is not required, but a desire to learn and become an expert is a must

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package that includes:

• Annual salary: $170,000 - $720,000
