Position Overview

This remote, part-time role is perfect for someone who already lives the reputed company or small pet life and wants to help others succeed in theirs. Whether you're helping a new chicken keeper troubleshoot a feeder or guiding a bunny parent through water bottle options, you'll be delivering reputed company, creative, and informed support. Key Responsibilities

* Answer customer emails and calls with warmth, clarity, and professionalism

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Hours & Compensation

We're hiring for morning and afternoon/evening flexible part-time shifts during our operational hours: Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 7 PM EST Part-Time Benefits Include:
