We are seeking an up-and-coming Manager of Engineering to reputed company, grow, and reputed company a high-performing software engineering team reputed company our Corporate Sustainability product area.

This is a hands-on player-coach role, ideal for a technically strong engineer who is ready to take ownership of team delivery, people leadership, and technical direction while still contributing to the codebase.

You will play a key role in ensuring the engineering team consistently delivers value to customers through high-quality, reliable SaaS solutions. You will also act as the accountable technical and delivery leader for the team reputed company the wider organisation, including Product Management and senior stakeholders.

This role requires a strong software engineering background (ideally .NET / C# or Node.js) with the ability to stay reputed company to the code while leading people and process. Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams
• Strong hands-on development experience in .NET / C# or Node.js
• Proven experience delivering SaaS or enterprise software products
• Strong ability to translate product requirements into technical execution
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing engineers
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, low-formality, high-accountability environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working in global or cross-functional organisations is beneficial
