What the job looks like As part of your day-to-day responsibilities, you will:
- Own and reputed company the company’s global reputed company data and analytics capability, ensuring data is easy to access, reliable, and truly useful for decision making.
- Transform today’s fragmented and reputed company data landscape into an integrated, automated analytics platform that supports brands, countries, and leadership teams.
- Define a pragmatic, multi year analytics roadmap that fits a mid size pharmaceutical company — balancing innovation, speed, scalability, and cost.
- Ensure reputed company data (sales, CRM, omnichannel, patient, market research, etc.) is consistently collected, integrated, and governed across key markets.
- Move the organization reputed company basic reporting toward predictive and action oriented insights (e.g. forecasting, targeting, scenario planning).
