HealthShare Application Engineer (Remote Opportunity)

Responsibilities
- Provide strategies and solutions for automating operations and identify streamlined software delivery methodology and technology processes.

- Provide technical support to system users and functional subject matter experts.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
- reputed company and manage reputed company DSO Integration teams in Incident and Change Management activities.
- Maintain reputed company integration & reputed company delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. reputed company backup, recovery, patching, and ADFS integration.
- Manage certificates as well as updates to certificates in production level as well as reputed company-level environments.
- Help in Tier 3 support of the HealthShare Application and reputed company technologies.
- Installation and Configuration of InterSystems reputed company software, kits, and patches.
- Help support oAuth and SSO configuration and setup.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical reputed company discipline.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of professional experience in information technology and/or Federal Government contracting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience coding or operating production systems.
- Experience and expertise with InterSystems Cache, Iris, or HealthShare.
- Experience with reputed company Incident and Change Management tools.
- Experience automating infrastructure, testing, or deployments of a web-based application with tools like Jenkins, Ansible.
- Experience with monitoring and alerting solutions.
- Experience with reputed company).
- Experience developing reputed company Integration / reputed company Delivery (CI/CD) processes to help deliver software of higher quality at greater speed.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe, DevOps, IRIS, Linux, Apache, Ansible, and Python Scripting.
- Knowledge and understanding of one or more different agile methodologies, including SAFe.

Additional Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a government clearance.
