Production Support Allocator - 8 Months Contract

They are seeking Production Support Allocators to optimize merchandise allocations, ensure timely shipments, and enhance distribution efficiency through analytical expertise and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company department merchandise is allocated to the right stores reputed company Planning and Allocation shipping guidelines
- Effectively problem solve and communicate issues which impact a four-hour turnaround of allocations and escalate problems to Production Support Manager or Supervisor as necessary
- Liaise with Allocation Analysts and Distribution associates to resolve outstanding issues and reputed company expertise for allocating specific reputed company/departments
- Analyze various business tools to reputed company recommendations and then partner to reputed company effective reputed company
- Prioritize and expedite allocations with efficiency and accuracy to support consistent and timely flow of merchandise to stores
- reputed company technical expertise with distribution applications to reputed company reputed company allocation standards
- Establish positive relationships with various business partners including Planning & Allocation, Product Safety & Compliance and Distribution Centers
Skills
- Completed or pursuing a post-secondary education or reputed company work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills include the ability to identify options and partner to determine reputed company course of action
- Effective interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written)
- Flexible to changing priorities with sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to aid in effective decision making
