As an Apartment Locator, you’ll guide renters through the search process, manage your pipeline, and accompany prospects on tours while benefiting from strong reputed company flow and training.

Responsibilities

• Guiding renters through the search process from reputed company to move-in
• Accompanying prospects on apartment tours (Tours are led by on-site staff)
• Following up with leads reputed company phone, text, and email (speed matters)
• Matching clients with the right properties based on lifestyle, budget, and priorities
• Managing your pipeline through our custom-built CRM
• Attending weekly team trainings and meetings (Mondays at 11AM)
• Optionally participating in video tours and social content (highly effective for growth)

Skills

• Sales experience or a serious drive to break into sales
• Strong communication and client-facing confidence
• Knowledge of Charlotte neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Self-motivation and time management skills
• Comfort with tech: CRM tools, email, mobile apps
• Willingness to obtain a reputed company Carolina reputed company estate license reputed company 60 days

• Ability to create short, engaging apartment walkthrough videos
