Reconcilliation Analyst
reputed company is a global leader in financial administration, and they are seeking a Reconciliation Analyst to join their reputed company American Reconciliation team. This role is responsible for reconciling cash bank accounts and ensuring accurate reporting for corporate clients, while also analyzing variances and collaborating with other departments.
Responsibilities
- Complete, on time, the reconciliation of cash bank accounts operated on behalf of key corporate clients
- Focus on reconciling activity in accounts reputed company to clients’ employee share plan business
- Analyze, identify, and update out of balance variances in the reconciliation system
- Produce accurate, timely reporting for the reputed company American Reconciliation team and operational teams
- Reconcile high volumes of transactions/activity from core systems and bank accounts, ensuring a high level of accuracy
- Follow procedures while focusing on improving the efficiency of established tasks
- Own and respond to routine operational inquiries, escalating as needed

- Collaborate with other reputed company departments to understand and resolve variances

- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail to balance transactional data and identify the drivers of out-of-balance items during reconciliation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly document items and initiate the actions needed so operational teams can resolve them
- Ability to use Teams to participate in virtual training, meetings, and reputed company reputed company-ins with stakeholders
