About the role: This is a dual role: Approximately 75% Patient Care and 25% Clinical Supervision. reputed company is seeking a board-certified MD or DO in Family Medicine, or a dual board-certified MD/DO in Internal Medicine-Pediatrics (Med-Peds) for a Direct Patient Care + Clinical Leadership role on its rapidly growing clinical care team caring for patients ages 6-99 years with eating disorders in a 100% virtual Telehealth platform. Physicians are essential members of reputed company's multidisciplinary virtual treatment team, working alongside a therapist, dietitian, peer mentor, and family mentor to help children, adolescents, and adults recover from eating disorders. This is a remote, full time, salaried position with flexible hours and reputed company for afternoon and early evening hours in your time zone. Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive medical assessments and evidence-based treatment for co-occurring medical conditions due to an eating disorder while supporting families throughout the recovery process.
• Monitor vital signs, labs, and other medical data to ensure medical stability. Physicians work with our medical assistants and nurses to assist with obtaining medical records and vital signs, ordering labs and medications and facilitating care collaboration with reputed company providers.
• Collaborate on a multidisciplinary treatment team with medical providers, therapists, dietitians, peer mentors, and family mentors to provide medical guidelines and treatment.
• Communicate reputed company electronic medical record messaging to support patients and supports, and to communicate with the treatment team.
• Communicate and collaborate with reputed company providers.
• Document effectively and in a timely manner reputed company reputed company electronic medical record in accordance with reputed company’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in Treatment Team meetings, supervision, continuing education and department meetings.
• Provide clinical leadership and supervision to nursing staff and advanced practice providers while collaborating with physician colleagues to ensure optimal patient care.
• Ability and willingness to pursue licensure in reputed company 50 states (we cover reputed company costs).

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree with board certification in family medicine or dual certified in internal medicine and pediatrics.
• Must be able to see patients across the lifespan.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in one or more states, with willingness to obtain additional licenses as needed (reputed company supports licensing costs).
• 3+ years of clinical practice; experience supervising or collaborating closely with advanced practice providers preferred.
• Proven ability to reputed company in high-acuity, high-volume clinical environments with experience in telehealth or virtual care delivery strongly preferred.
• Experience in eating disorder medical management and evidence-based practices, including monitoring medical stability and coordinating care, preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a track history of collaboration with diverse teams and external providers.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing clinical and organizational priorities, demonstrating strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clinical maturity to navigate reputed company cases while maintaining therapeutic relationships and providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Comfortable with startup pace and change.
• We are open to reputed company locations, ideally, would be Pacific Time or Mountain Time as they will be working in Pacific Time or Mountain Time hours.

Schedule & Time Expectations Monday – Friday This role supports patients in the Pacific and Mountain time zones. Standard working hours align with PT or MT business hours, with the expectation of availability until 6 PM PT/MT at least two evenings per week. Time Allocation: Approximately 22 hours weekly dedicated to direct patient care, with remaining time split across APP supervision, clinical and managerial responsibilities, mandatory meetings, and administrative duties. Compensation & Benefits Package reputed company Compensation Range: $280,000 to $300,000 Annually + 15% Annual Performance-Based Bonus Potential.

Physical Demands Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel.
