Responsibilities

• Establish rental rates by researching local markets and calculating costs to ensure fair and accurate pricing
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and reputed company the deal
• Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental reputed company
• Verify reputed company rental applications and personal references are true and accurate
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of customers in order to match those needs to a property

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Real Estate License required
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
• Past sales experience is preferred
• Good knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
