As a Part‑Time Evening/Weekend Customer Service Representative, you become the trusted voice that guides them through these moments, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and confident in choosing Hirevector for their home improvement needs. Core Responsibilities – Your Day‑to‑Day Impact

  • Responsive Communication: Answer inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat messages promptly, maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Identify root causes of customer concerns, provide clear solutions, and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
  • Product & Service Mastery: Develop and sustain deep knowledge of Hirevector’s service offerings, policies, and processes to guide customers accurately.
  • Accurate Documentation: Log all interactions in the CRM system, updating customer records with precision and timeliness.
  • Follow‑Up Excellence: Conduct post‑interaction outreach to verify that issues are fully resolved and to nurture ongoing relationships.
  • High‑Volume Efficiency: Manage a steady flow of inquiries while preserving a positive, patient demeanor.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, scheduling, and field teams to coordinate solutions and improve overall service quality.
  • Continuous Improvement Feedback: Share insights on recurring challenges and suggest enhancements to processes, tools, or training programs.
  • Appointment Coordination: Align customer availability with Hirevector’s service windows, creating smooth, hassle‑free booking experiences.

Schedule – Flexible Yet Structured Our customers’ needs determine our hours. You will work a consistent, part‑time schedule that balances evening and weekend coverage:

  • Monday – Friday: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Sunday: Off (rest and recharge)

This arrangement allows you to maintain a healthy work‑life balance while delivering critical support when it matters most. Qualifications – The Foundations of Your Success Essential Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Minimum of one year experience working from a home‑based environment.
  • At least one year of proven phone‑based customer service experience.
  • Residency within a one‑hour commute of Hutto, Texas, ensuring occasional in‑office attendance as needed.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace.
  • Demonstrated self‑motivation and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
  • Strong problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution, and multitasking abilities.
  • Patience, empathy, and a consistently positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with Hirevector (formerly known as Service Titan) or similar field‑service management software.
  • Experience in home‑service or remodeling industries.
