  • Document all interactions in the Zendesk ticketing system, ensuring each case is logged, escalated when necessary, and closed with a clear resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as fulfillment, logistics, and quality assurance to troubleshoot complex problems and provide seamless solutions.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex’s product catalog, promotional campaigns, and industry trends to answer questions confidently and accurately.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a customer‑service role that includes phone, email, chat, and social‑media support.
