Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and update product, pricing, and inventory data into the arenaflex enterprise database using standardized templates and tools.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, including validation of field formats, duplicate detection, and completeness reviews, to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—such as Merchandising, Supply Chain, and IT—to resolve data discrepancies and improve entry workflows.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information, adhering to arenaflex’s data security policies and compliance standards.
  • Document data entry procedures, create quick‑reference guides, and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that streamline high‑volume data processing.
  • Assist in the onboarding and training of new data entry associates, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of accuracy.
  • Participate in periodic audits and support the preparation of reports for senior leadership on data quality metrics.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework in business administration, information systems, or related fields is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a proven ability to spot errors and maintain high levels of accuracy under tight deadlines.
