Part -Account Manager (Personal & Commercial Lines)

We are a family-owned independent insurance agency with more than 23 years of experience serving our clients. We've successfully transitioned to a fully virtual environment while maintaining a collaborative, team-focused culture where people genuinely support one another. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Account Manager to assist with both our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys client service, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and values flexibility while still making a meaningful impact.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming client calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Assist clients with policy servicing needs
- Quote new and existing personal and commercial insurance business
- Support policy renewals and account retention efforts
- Work directly with carriers and clients to resolve questions and concerns
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive client experience
- Maintain accurate documentation and organization within agency systems
What We're Looking For
- Experience working in an independent insurance agency
- Strong knowledge of both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines insurance
- Experience with EZLynx quoting software
- Familiarity with carrier websites and agency management systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Schedule & Compensation
- Part-Time: 20–25 hours per week
- Monday–Friday
- Remote / Work From Home
- Pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience
