HR Coordinator, Process and Programs
Pharmavite is a company focused on complete nutrition and is known for its top-selling vitamin and supplement brand, Nature Made. The HR Coordinator role is essential in supporting HR processes, maintaining employee data, and executing key talent initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Support HRBPs with talent review, succession planning, engagement survey follow-up activities, and leadership meeting preparation
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for HR and business leadership discussions
- Support logistics and coordination for HR programs, meetings, and training initiatives
- Partner with People Operations to maintain accurate employee and organizational data in Workday, including reporting structures, job profiles, cost centers, and organizational updates
- Audit and validate HR data to ensure consistency, accuracy, and data integrity across systems
- Process and support HR system transactions, organizational updates, and position management activities
- Support HRBPs in preparing compensation-related materials and documentation, including promotion and market adjustment letters
- Assist with year-end processes, including talent calibration coordination, reporting support, and meeting logistics
- Help validate compensation and workforce planning information to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Provide administrative and analytical support related to workforce and organizational planning activities
- Ensure employee relations documentation is accurately maintained within HR systems
- Support documentation organization and tracking related to performance management and employee relations processes
- Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in HR coordination, HR operations, HR administration, or related support roles
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work with sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with HR systems such as Workday preferred
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, improve processes, and support operational efficiency
- Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced HR environment
- Interest in building a long-term career within Human Resources
- Experience working in a matrixed or fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience with HR systems such as Workday
