Position Overview: Virtual Customer Care Professional

As a Customer Care Professional at arenaflex, you will be the face and voice of our brand for small business clients across the United States. Working remotely from your home office, you will engage with entrepreneurs and business decision-makers through inbound calls, understanding their unique needs and recommending the right products and services from our Small Business Services portfolio.

This role is ideal for individuals who are energized by consultative selling, passionate about problem-solving, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Engagement & Consultative Selling: Service inbound calls while actively engaging and consulting with small business owners and executives. Take the time to understand their unique challenges, goals, and needs, and recommend the most appropriate arenaflex Small Business Services products to help them succeed.
  • Product Knowledge & Recommendation: Deliver elevated levels of product and service expertise by clearly communicating the features, benefits, and differentiators of our Small Business Services offerings. Help clients make informed decisions that align with their business objectives.
  • Sales Skill Development: Continuously enhance your key selling capabilities, including building rapport quickly, understanding client needs through active listening, handling objections with confidence, and closing deals effectively. You'll have access to world-class training resources to support your growth.
  • Exceptional Customer Care: Provide outstanding service by responding to inquiries about accounts in a prompt, organized, and professional manner. Ensure every client interaction reflects arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
  • Accurate Documentation: Document all essential account information thoroughly and accurately in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintain detailed records that support compliance and operational excellence.
  • Regulatory Compliance & Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of integrity by complying with all regulatory and compliance guidelines related to account management and sales practices. Your commitment to ethical conduct protects both our clients and our brand.

Minimum Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following essential requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: A minimum of two years of professional customer service experience, with a demonstrated passion for building client loyalty through exceptional active listening, consultative relationship building, proactive problem-solving, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sales Success: At least two years of proven success in a customer care and sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
  • Adaptability & Multitasking: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with strong multitasking capabilities and comfort navigating multiple online systems and tools simultaneously.
