They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of sales dashboards and AI-driven analytics solutions, working closely with various teams to enhance reporting systems and drive decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with Sales Leadership, CRO organization, RevOps, Product, Marketing, SDR, AE, and Channel stakeholders
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, surveys, and discovery workshops to gather reporting requirements
  • Understand executive decision-making processes and reporting expectations
  • Translate business needs into dashboard strategy, analytics roadmaps, and AI initiatives
  • Drive alignment across multiple sales teams, product lines, and functional organizations
  • Assess current sales dashboards, reporting tools, and analytics ecosystems
  • Identify reporting gaps, inefficiencies, inconsistencies, and operational bottlenecks
  • Propose intelligent dashboard views and advanced sales metrics for leadership teams
  • Design role-based dashboards for executives, sales managers, SDRs, AEs, and operations teams
  • Define scalable, standardized, and automated reporting frameworks
  • Define and implement dashboards covering: Pipeline health and coverage, Funnel conversion and stage analysis, Forecast vs actuals, ARR / Bookings / ACV trends, Win/Loss and deal analysis, Sales cycle and deal velocity, Product line performance, Segment performance (region, industry, customer size), Expansion, renewal, and churn metrics, Pipeline bottlenecks and handoff analysis, Sales productivity and automation impact metrics
  • Own the end-to-end roadmap for executive sales dashboards and analytics platforms
  • Translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
  • Partner with Data Engineering, BI, and Analytics teams for implementation and delivery
  • Ensure dashboards are executive-ready, actionable, scalable, and visually impactful
  • Drive iterative enhancements based on stakeholder feedback and adoption metrics
  • Identify and implement AI-driven insights and automation opportunities within sales dashboards and workflows, including: Pipeline risk scoring, Forecast prediction models, Deal slippage detection, Conversion trend prediction, Opportunity prioritization, Next best action recommendations, Intelligent sales workflow automation, Predictive pipeline visibility and sales performance insights, AI-based recommendations to improve win rates and reduce sales cycle duration
  • Drive adoption of dashboards and analytics solutions across sales leadership and operational teams
  • Conduct executive walkthroughs, stakeholder reviews, and enablement sessions
  • Gather feedback and continuously enhance reporting experiences
  • Reduce manual reporting dependencies and improve decision-making speed
  • Promote data-driven sales culture and automation-first reporting strategies

Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Sales Analytics, BI Product Management, or related roles
  • Experience working directly with Sales Leadership and executive stakeholders
  • Strong expertise defining sales KPIs and metrics for product/SaaS companies
  • Experience conducting stakeholder surveys, workshops, and discovery sessions
  • Proven experience identifying reporting gaps and proposing scalable solutions
  • Experience building executive-level dashboards and analytics platforms
  • Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, and Salesforce reporting
  • Strong understanding of SaaS/product company sales metrics and reporting structures
  • Experience applying AI/automation to sales operations and reporting environments

  • Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in sales productivity and reporting effectiveness
  • Experience building executive-ready dashboards and scalable reporting frameworks
  • Ability to reduce manual reporting through intelligent automation and analytics
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS product companies
  • Experience with Salesforce data models and CRM analytics
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics for sales
  • Experience working with large-scale enterprise sales organizations
  • SQL, Databricks, Snowflake, or modern data stack experience (good to have)
  • Experience supporting RevOps and GTM transformation initiatives
