About The Role As a Customer Operations Representative you will be responsible for review and processing of financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products, including withdrawals, transfers, and setting up repetitive payments. The Customer Operations Representative contacts external customers and agents to obtain the necessary information to process the requested transactions. You are responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations. Understand the difference between IRA and NQ accounts and how client’s different request can reputed company the client regarding being a taxable event.
