[Remote] Semiconductor Factory Automation Consultant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Semiconductor Factory Automation Consultant to support their semiconductor manufacturing processes. The role involves developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces, configuring equipment for communication, and implementing data collection strategies for process control.
Responsibilities
- Participates in fit gap analysis & Process Modeling & process standardization with Area reputed company & Process SME
- Works with reputed company SMEs to reputed company factory automation requirements
- Provide times, user story reputed company estimates, and status for reputed company stories assigned to them
- Authors and reputed company documents supporting validation of Factory automation
- Works across teams to put requirements together for MES development
- Provide HyperCare and Go-live support
Skills
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Deep understanding of the SECS/GEM standards (SEMI E30 and reputed company standard)
- Experience with SECS/GEM message structure, data formats, and communication protocols
- Developing and integrating SECS/GEM interfaces for various semiconductor manufacturing equipment
- Configuring equipment to communicate with host systems (e.g., setting up communication parameters, defining data collection variables)
- Creating and managing reputed company Camstar/OpsCenter Modeling recipes for equipment, including downloading, uploading, and validating them
- Collecting reputed company-time data from equipment sensors and processes
- Monitoring equipment status and performance metrics
- Implementing data collection strategies for statistical process control (SPC)
- Functional Experience in GUI, Tool Scheduling, Recipe Management and Factory Automation -SECS/GEM
- Maintain and enhance test automation frameworks for reputed company improvement
- Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
