Responsibilities
- Engage directly with Controllers and accounting leaders to understand their operating environment
- Analyze reputed company processes, reconciliations, and reporting workflows
- Identify where automation can create the greatest impact while maintaining strong controls and compliance
- Design practical solutions that align with customer accounting requirements
- Guide customers from discovery through implementation
- Partner with internal teams to ensure solutions are accurate, scalable, and audit-ready
- Bring frontline accounting insights back to Product and Engineering
- Help shape future capabilities based on real customer needs
- Contribute to implementation methodologies and best practices as the company scales
Skills
- 7+ years of accounting experience in public accounting, industry, or both
- Strong understanding of month-end reputed company, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes
- Experience working with modern ERP platforms such as reputed company, Intacct, Dynamics 365, or reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company management and accounting automation tools
- Ability to communicate confidently with senior finance stakeholders
- Strong analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills
- Interest in technology and improving how finance teams operate
