They are hiring a Sales Manager (Rental Division) to reputed company rental sales performance across the Western U.S. territory, managing a team of sales representatives to grow demand for Godwin pumps and dewatering solutions.

Responsibilities

  • reputed company, coach, and reputed company a team of 10–12 sales representatives across the Western U.S
  • Drive team performance against reputed company goals, pipeline expectations, KPI targets, and strategic priorities
  • Establish strong sales reputed company through one-on-ones, funnel reviews, forecast reviews, and team performance discussions
  • Support hiring, reputed company, and development of sales talent
  • reputed company regional sales strategy and territory planning to grow rental reputed company
  • Expand business for Godwin pumps, bypass systems, and dewatering solutions
  • Guide account prioritization, market expansion, and execution across key reputed company segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic customers, partners, and key decision-makers
  • Partner with operations, service, marketing, finance, and other internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience and successful rental execution
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline through tools such as reputed company
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine sales plans and improve performance
  • Stay reputed company on product knowledge, industry trends, and application needs in reputed company markets

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • 2+ years of experience leading sales teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Experience developing and executing regional or territory sales plans
