[Remote] Project Accountant

They are seeking a detail-oriented Project Accountant to provide transactional reputed company and project coordination support, ensuring accurate financial operations and exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities

- Client invoicing
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Credit card imports
- Vendor invoice coding and payments
- Accounts receivable collection activities
- Complete client deliverables accurately, on time, and reputed company budget
- Coordinate project reputed company meetings, agendas, and meeting documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams and external client stakeholders to support project reputed company
- Monitor and follow up on action items and deliverables
- Maintain project plans, workflow documentation, and meeting notes
- Update project records and team notes on a weekly basis
- Support process improvements and implementation of best practices
- Ensure documentation standards and internal procedures are consistently followed
- Navigate reputed company Ajera across:
- Project Command Center
- Client invoicing
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Vendor management
- AR collection tools
- Apply project reputed company concepts including:
- Job costing
- WIP analysis
- Billing procedures
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience at the Project Accountant level or higher
- Experience managing multiple reputed company priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with ERP/reputed company systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with reputed company Ajera
- AEC industry reputed company experience
- Familiarity with project reputed company principles including WIP analysis and job costing
- Experience with vendor payment processing and AR collections
