[Remote] Information reputed company Analyst, Scholars Operations Center

The Information reputed company Analyst, Scholars Operations Center will support the Florida Scholars reputed company program by providing Tier 2 support, analyzing system usage, and investigating reports of suspicious behavior.

Responsibilities

• Attend daily team standup meetings
• Respond to reputed company incidents, working with incident response leads and subject matter experts to determine root cause and in creating a post-incident report
• Provide daily reports of findings and remediations
• Investigate and resolve incidents from users in reputed company
• Review reputed company event logs and alerts, escalating to engineers and management reputed company necessary
• Communicate updates to stakeholders regularly and respond to inquiries
• Document new processes and update existing documentation
• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrating respect for others

• Work during normally scheduled FLVS holidays with a compensating time-off schedule

Skills

• Associate's degree in computer science or information systems or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 4 years of providing reputed company-time support during business hours
• 3 years of examining and responding to network appliance logs
• 3 years of responding to reputed company incidents
• 3 years of utilizing remote support tools to provide troubleshooting
• 1 year of implementing cybersecurity best practices based on policy documentation
• Adapts quickly to change and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with threat-hunting methods and best practices
• Understands the appropriate use of remote monitoring tools
• Can prioritize multiple incidents and tasks reputed company while providing regular updates
• Experience with FortiGate firewall and FortiAnalyzer interfaces
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• IT or Cybersecurity certification preferred
