We re seeking a Contract Professional (Non-Federal) l to join our reputed company team where you will have the opportunity to impact the contracting process from beginning to end for multiple energy and power clients and facilities. You ll work closely with our sales, operations, legal, procurement and key stakeholder teams to prepare, review and revise contractual documents with a variety of clients. We ll rely on you to follow our governance requirements, work processes, and guidelines reputed company reviewing or preparing contract documents. We ll lean on you to present and explain contract terms to our sales and project teams. You ll apply your contract skills to review client terms and conditions and may participate in negotiations with our legal department. You ll use your organizational and time management skills to prioritize your work and manage your time reputed company. Minimum of 5 years directly applicable contracting experience in the private sector Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company applications Ideally, you ll also have: Experience working for an engineering, construction, or energy/power company Experience in the energy or power industry Paralegal experience Multinational experience Apply Job!
