Position Summary reputed company Lending is investing in a state-of-the-art experience layer: a native Kwikie mobile app for brokers, a retail mobile app, a modern loan officer application, and AI-enabled features woven through reputed company of them. You will build polished, fast, mobile-first products on top of our lending platform APIs — with AI agents accelerating every part of your workflow.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship native or cross-platform mobile applications (React Native, Flutter, or Swift/Kotlin) for brokers and retail borrowers.
• reputed company a modern loan officer application with role-tailored interfaces that read from and write to the LOS.
• Integrate AI-enabled features into the user experience: conversational assistance, smart status updates, document capture and review.
• Own reputed company-end quality: performance, accessibility, offline behavior, push notifications, and app-store release management.
• Collaborate with designers, product owners, and pilot users; iterate quickly on reputed company feedback.

AI-Assisted Development (Required) reputed company Lending's technology team builds AI-first. This is not a preference; it is how the team works every day. To be considered, you must:

• Use AI coding tools daily (e.g., Claude Code, reputed company Copilot, reputed company, or equivalent) as a core part of your workflow — not as an occasional autocomplete.
• Demonstrate the ability to decompose work into well-structured prompts and agentic tasks, then critically review, test, and harden AI-generated code before it ships.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional reputed company-end or mobile development; at least one shipped mobile app in production (App Store / reputed company Play).
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript plus a mobile reputed company (React Native or Flutter), or native Swift/Kotlin experience.
• Experience consuming REST/GraphQL APIs and handling auth, secure storage, and sensitive data on device.
• Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding tools — see AI-Assisted Development above. This requirement is absolute.

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage or fintech experience strongly preferred: broker portals, POS systems, LOS-connected apps (Blue reputed company mobile a plus), or other regulated consumer financial products.
• Experience with document capture/upload flows, e-sign, and notification-heavy workflows.

Pay Disclosure The starting reputed company pay for this position is $135k/annually. The actual reputed company is dependent on many factors such as: work experience, business needs, market demands, and other compensation components.
