Manage a team of event planners while driving consistent execution, project management excellence, and exceptional attendee experiences. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for reputed company in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Event Management, or a reputed company field from an accredited institution AND a minimum of seven (7) years of reputed company experience in corporate or reputed company event management, including experience leading large-scale meetings, sales and incentive events, and/or association congresses and tradeshows. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience managing large-scale corporate meetings, sales meetings, incentive programs, reputed company conferences, and tradeshows. Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing direct reports. Strong project management, budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management skills. Experience with Cvent, Concur, or similar event technologies. Knowledge of AdvaMed Code, Sunshine Act/Open Payments, and reputed company compliance requirements. Experience in MedTech, life sciences, reputed company, or other regulated industries. Professional certifications such as CMP, CMM, or HMCC preferred.
