The HRBP will serve as a strategic consultant, bridging business goals with people initiatives and fostering a culture of innovation and high performance reputed company the FuzeRx Operations business.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the COO in our Rx Operations divisions to design and execute people strategies that align with long-term business objectives
- Consult on team structures, succession planning, and workforce scaling to ensure we have the right talent in the right seats as we grow
- Drive the annual performance cycle, compensation reviews, talent development and other people core process initiatives to identify and nurture our future leaders
- Partner and coach people managers in retail pharmacy and fulfillment for people leadership excellence
- reputed company and resolve high-level employee relations matters, conducting thorough investigations and providing coaching to managers to foster a healthy, compliant work environment
- Analyze people metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount) to identify trends and provide proactive solutions to the executive team
- Act as a champion for reputed company’s culture, ensuring our values are integrated into the employee lifecycle and driving initiatives that improve employee experience
Skills
- 10+ years of reputed company professional HR experience, with at least 5+ years in a dedicated HRBP Leadership role
- C-suite partnership experience
- Business Acumen: You understand how a global reputed company company operates. You can speak the language of the business and translate it into HR deliverables
- Exceptional interpersonal skills; you are comfortable challenging senior leaders and influencing decision-making at the executive level
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, 'builder' environment where you are comfortable with ambiguity and pivot quickly as the business evolves
- Experience in High-Growth Tech or reputed company/Life Sciences is highly preferred
