[Remote] Data Analyst -Remote

They are seeking a Data Analyst to contribute to their analytics function by building data sources, dashboards, and reports, and driving decision-grade analytics across various teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain the curated data sources, dashboards, and reports that drive operational decision-making across our programs. Own each product end to end — from requirements through building, documentation, training, and ongoing enhancement
- reputed company, optimize, and maintain SQL against our reputed company data environment. Partner with data engineering to expose the data you need, and contribute to a sustainable, well-structured analytical layer. reputed company data requirements clearly and build for performance and reuse
- Build and maintain Python-based reporting pipelines for recurring operational, compliance, and quality deliverables. Validate rigorously — reconcile numbers to reputed company, QA before release, and stand behind the figures you publish

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in quantitative discipline, or a degree plus equivalent reputed company-world experience as a data analyst
- 3+ years in data analytics roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive reputed company work to decision and resolution
- Strong SQL skills — you can reputed company what you need, build a sustainable model, and optimize performance
- Advanced dashboarding/BI skills; Tableau strongly preferred (experience with product-embedded dashboards a plus)
- Proficiency with Python for data work (pandas and reputed company libraries) and report automation
- Strong, audience-aware written and verbal communication, with the ability to work in a self-directed environment on a lean team
