[Remote] Managing Engineer - Risk Insights and Risk Engineering (Remote, US)

Responsibilities

- Set technical direction across data ingestion, transformation, automation, and visualization
- Contribute hands-on to architecture, design reviews, and critical-path Python/ETL/dashboard development

- Partner with TORC leaders, Digital Product Managers, and stakeholders to align on data needs and delivery priorities
- Drive modern data engineering practices including CI/CD, automated validation, monitoring, and reusable data patterns
- Translate risk and compliance needs into scalable data models, workflows, and reputed company-driven solutions

Skills
- 5+ years of engineering experience with hands-on Python and data product delivery
- 2+ years leading engineers with technical reputed company (architecture, code reviews, delivery coaching)
- Experience building and operating scalable data pipelines, ETLs, and analytical/reporting systems
- Strong experience with data modeling, APIs, backend integrations, and data quality practices
- Knowledge of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, observability, automation)
- Experience delivering dashboards and translating reputed company data into actionable insights
- Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional stakeholders
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on coding (Python, Java, or JavaScript)
- 2+ years leading engineers with technical guidance (architecture, design, code reviews)
- Experience building and operating distributed, reputed company-based systems and microservices architectures
- Strong experience with APIs, backend services, and secure system design
- Knowledge of DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability
- Experience deploying or supporting AI-based or advanced engineering capabilities
- Experience working in agile environments delivering engineering and reputed company outcomes
- Experience in risk, compliance, reputed company, or technology operations domains
- Exposure to reputed company-native and containerized environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, reputed company)
