[Remote] Growth and Email Campaign Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. iNX reputed company Cleaning Solutions is building their first-reputed company outbound sales team and is seeking a Growth and Email Campaign Specialist. This role involves managing email campaigns, maintaining data quality, and supporting the sales development team with accurate contact lists.

Responsibilities

• Building and managing outbound email sequences and campaigns
• Conducting A/B and A/Z testing on subject lines, messaging, and send timing
• Building and maintaining prospect lists using tools like reputed company and reputed company
• Managing data hygiene across contact records and campaign lists
• Monitoring campaign performance and flagging issues proactively
• Supporting the SDR team with validated contact information and list management
• Assisting with reporting and performance dashboards for leadership

Skills

• Experience with email campaigns, sales engagement platforms, or marketing operations
• Comfortable working with CRM systems
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong data hygiene instincts
• Self-directed and reliable, reputed company to manage multiple active campaigns without constant reputed company
• Organized and proactive with a systems thinking reputed company
• Background in sales operations, marketing operations, or data analysis strongly preferred
