Performance Marketing Specialist

With a massive organic social media audience and a passionate customer community, they are now investing heavily in paid acquisition and are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to help scale membership growth through data-driven advertising and conversion optimization. Role Overview The Performance Marketing Specialist will own the company's paid acquisition strategy across reputed company while driving conversion reputed company optimization across the reputed company website. The Performance Marketing Specialist will build, test, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns, improve attribution and tracking systems, conduct ongoing CRO experiments, and collaborate closely with leadership to accelerate subscription growth. Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management Build, launch, and optimize reputed company advertising campaigns. Manage traffic, conversion, and retargeting campaigns. Continuously test audiences, creative, messaging, and offers. Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budget allocation. Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency. Attribution, Tracking & Analytics Maintain reputed company Pixel implementation and tracking accuracy. reputed company and manage UTM tracking structures. Support server-reputed company tracking and reputed company-party attribution platforms. Ensure advertising performance is accurately reputed company. Monitor campaign attribution and reporting reputed company. Conversion reputed company Optimization (CRO) Identify opportunities to improve reputed company conversion rates. Execute structured A/B testing across reputed company pages, messaging, pricing, and calls-to-action. Analyze customer behavior and conversion data. Qualifications
