• Build, improve, and maintain technical workflows, systems, or supporting infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on implementation, testing, and rollout needs
• Support reliability, performance, and documentation across internal tools and platforms
• Identify issues, investigate root causes, and implement practical solutions
• Contribute to scalable processes and clear technical documentation

Skills

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience for this role area
• Strong practical experience with Machine Learning, Python, MLOps, Data Science, Model Deployment
• Ability to work remotely with ownership, clear communication, and strong follow-through
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving company environment
• Strong problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience supporting finance, SaaS, e-commerce, AI, analytics, reputed company, or documentation-heavy environments
• Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous workflows
• Ability to translate business needs into practical execution plans
