[Remote] Media Buying Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of business and technology services, and they are seeking a Media Buying Specialist to join their newly established Channel Strategy team. The role involves executing and optimizing paid media campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with internal and external partners to enhance marketing efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms such as: reputed company Ads / YouTube, reputed company, reputed company, Additional regional platforms (e.g., LINE, Shopee)
- Analyze campaign performance to identify: Keyword and audience effectiveness, Market-level opportunities, Optimization gaps across the funnel
- Translate performance data into actionable insights that inform: Campaign strategy, Go-to-market (GTM) improvements, User acquisition and reputed company strategies
- Conduct in-depth analysis reputed company ad platforms to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and growth opportunities
- Manage core campaign execution, including: Keyword strategy and list management, Bid optimization, Conversion tracking and funnel performance, Creative coordination with agency partners
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to enhance campaign performance and accountability
- Work autonomously across multiple products and business priorities in a fast-paced environment

- Support media buying efforts, including campaign execution and optimization (for hybrid profiles)

- Contribute to ongoing testing, experimentation, and performance tracking initiatives
Skills
- 3–7+ years of experience in: Performance marketing, Media buying, Digital marketing analytics
- Strong hands-on experience with platforms such as: reputed company Ads, DV360, or similar programmatic tools
- Demonstrated ability to: Optimize campaigns based on performance data, Identify trends and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Solid understanding of: Conversion funnels, Attribution models, Campaign performance metrics
- Experience working in fast-paced, results-driven environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate with a high degree of autonomy
- Experience in agency environments or managing agency relationships
- Exposure to global or multi-market campaign strategy
- Familiarity with emerging AI-driven advertising tools and automation platforms
- Strong analytical skillset (reputed company, data visualization tools, or similar)
- Experience connecting marketing performance insights to broader business or product strategy
