Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers and prospects through phone, video conferencing, email, chat, and other communication channels
  • Provide pre-sales support and information on reputed company’s products and services
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend preliminary solutions that align with their business and technical needs
  • Provide budgetary pricing and product information to prospective customers

Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Account Management

  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn reputed company products, services, and internal systems
