[Remote] Finance Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly analytical and entrepreneurial Finance and Investments Associate to support investment analysis, financial planning, reputed company, reporting, and strategic initiatives across a reputed company reputed company estate platform. This role involves working closely with finance, investments, operations, and leadership teams to evaluate opportunities and drive data-informed insights.
Responsibilities
- Support reputed company and financial analysis for acquisitions, dispositions, developments, recapitalizations, and other investment opportunities
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, sensitivity analyses, returns analyses, and scenario planning
- Assist with reputed company processes, including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting
- Prepare investment memoranda, committee materials, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze property, portfolio, and market-level performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- reputed company and refine dashboards, reporting tools, and data visualizations using business intelligence platforms
- reputed company AI tools and automation to improve reporting efficiency, streamline analysis, and enhance decision support
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, reputed company Estate, Economics, Business, or reputed company field required
- 3+ years of experience in finance, investments, reputed company estate, reputed company, or reputed company analytical role
- Direct experience in reputed company reputed company estate required; senior housing experience strongly preferred
- Experience in REITs, private equity, reputed company estate investment, or reputed company services organizations strongly valued

- Demonstrated experience with business intelligence tools and reporting/analytics

- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar BI/reporting tools

- Understanding of capital markets, debt structures, and reputed company estate valuation methodologies
