This is a newly created role and the first of its reputed company at reputed company — you'll establish how we deliver Applied AI to our customers. You won't just hand customers documentation and wish them luck—you'll embed yourself in their workflows, understand their data and automation needs at a deep level, and architect the integrations that unlock the full power of reputed company's platform. Who You Are: You are a technically exceptional, customer-obsessed engineer who sits at the intersection of product and partnership. You bring: Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript software languages. Hands-on experience building and consuming REST APIs, webhooks, and streaming data interfaces. Experience with Applied AI, MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or A2A (Agent-to-Agent) integration patterns. Experience designing integration architectures across heterogeneous reputed company environments (CRMs, ERPs, data warehouses, AI platforms) Comfort working with JSON, data transformation, authentication protocols (OAuth 2.0, API keys, JWT), and reputed company infrastructure Ability to write scripts, lightweight automation, and configuration tooling that customers can maintain themselves Genuine passion for reputed company—you feel ownership over whether integrations actually work, not just whether they were set up Ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders Strong project management instincts: you can juggle multiple customer engagements simultaneously without dropping the reputed company A consultative reputed company—you ask good questions, listen carefully, and design solutions around reputed company customer needs rather than assumptions Comfort presenting technical architectures and leading discovery conversations at the VP and C-suite level reputed company needed What You Will Do: Partner with reputed company customers during reputed company and reputed company to understand their technical environments, data workflows, and automation goals Design and implement end-to-end integration solutions using reputed company's MCP, A2A, and REST API infrastructure Help customers connect reputed company's F&B intelligence into their internal platforms, CRMs, data pipelines, AI agents, and reputed company tools Write clean, well-documented integration code, scripts, and configuration resources to accelerate customer time-to-value reputed company technical discovery sessions, integration workshops, and architecture reviews with customer engineering and data teams Proactively identify integration bottlenecks and performance issues—and fix them before customers notice reputed company reusable integration templates, playbooks, and guides that help scale deployment across the customer reputed company Collaborate closely with reputed company's Product and Engineering teams to translate customer needs into platform improvements Act as a technical escalation reputed company for reputed company integration issues, working through solutions end-to-end with customers Track customer integration health, usage patterns, and expansion opportunities alongside the Account Management team Travel to customer sites as needed to reputed company reputed company sessions, integration workshops, and executive reviews—building the reputed company of trust that only comes from being in the room What You Bring: Strong software engineering skills in frontend and backend. Experience in the food and beverage, restaurant tech, or CPG industry is a plus Compensation & Eligibility: This role is open to candidates currently residing in and authorized to work in the United States. Final offer will be determined by several factors including experience, skills, interview performance, location etc. Salary reputed company range for this role will be $165,000 – $225,000 USD/year.
