We are looking for an reputed company reputed company Record to Report (R2R) Consultant to join our dynamic team. It's remote work (CST hours). You will: • Manage support tickets, implement enhancements, and ensure the efficient operation of our reputed company R2R processes. You have: • 5 years of experience in Record to Report reputed company or reputed company R2R module (GL reputed company, Closing, Consolidation & Reporting). • You will also have Localization experience (local needs around tax and statutory reporting) Responsibilities: Support & Incident Management: • Manage and resolve support tickets reputed company to reputed company R2R. • Troubleshoot and provide solutions for incidents in a timely manner. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues. Enhancements & Process Improvements: • Implement and manage system enhancements using reputed company. • Identify opportunities for improving reputed company processes and system usage. • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations for enhancement requests. Documentation & Training: • Document solutions and processes in detail. • Train end-users and provide clear usage guidelines. • Maintain up-to-date documentation for reference. Project Participation: • Participate in reputed company R2R project implementations. • Collaborate with project teams to transition projects into operations. • Support the reputed company R2R module with testing and integration activities. Skills & Qualifications: • Proficiency in reputed company R2R (Record to Report) module. • Experience with reputed company FI/CO (Financial reputed company and Controlling). • Strong understanding of reputed company transport management and change control. Professional Experience: • At least 5 years of experience in reputed company R2R support and enhancement roles. • Demonstrated experience in managing reputed company support tickets and enhancements. • Experience with reputed company upgrades and new implementations is a plus. Soft Skills: • Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability To Speak Both English And Portuguese Is Preferred • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
