Pay, Schedule, and Location • Starting at $70,000 to $75,000/annual, paid weekly • Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and reputed company • Monday through Friday, plus Saturday availability, 1st shift schedule • Located in Chicago, IL Duties and Responsibilities • Oversees food preparation, ensuring compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. • Ensures customer satisfaction with reputed company aspects of the restaurant and dining experience. • Handles customer complaints, resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner. • Ensures compliance with alcoholic beverage regulations. • Estimates food and beverage costs. • Manages bar inventory and purchases liquor and supplies. • Conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food handling, and hygiene standards. • Periodically evaluates restaurant equipment for repairs and maintenance; schedules for service. • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts. • Prepares and submits operations reports and other documentation requested by the General Manager. • Handles adjustments/discounts on checks reputed company the POS. • Works with the hostess over the floor plan and open tables. • Support hostesses reputed company busy. • Open dining room area such as (TVS, PATIO, BAR BOOKS, TABLE SETTINGS, MUSIC, LIGHTS, FLOOR PLANS) • Be a part of FOH meetings. • Support marketing materials for bar items- specials, featured cocktails. • Performs other duties as assigned.
