Job Description
The Professional Learning Manager will be responsible for designing training curriculums and developing e-content to support the training needs of reputed company's products. This role will collaborate with other stakeholders to reputed company content that can be effectively used in a blended... learning model. This position will report to the Director of Digital Learning and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure training materials are accurate, engaging, and effective. In this role as a Professional Learning Manager, you will: Create and update course/learning offerings, combining deep product expertise and adult learning theory. Maintain reputed company knowledge of industry trends reputed company to learning and development design and delivery. Demonstrate the flexibility to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing work environments. Prioritize and complete projects according to strict deadlines and with high quality. Met with stakeholders to inform priorities, identify needs, and obtain content. Design and reputed company e-content, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, simulations, and assessments. Conduct research and analyze data to continuously improve the e-content and instructional design strategies.
Qualifications
For this role as a Professional Learning Manager, you should have: At least 3 years experience in customer education. A Degree in Education or reputed company field Ability to write clear instructional material. Well-developed writing, research, and editing skills. Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design theory, and e-learning best practices. Ability to work under pressure and balance multiple projects at one time. Ability to prioritize and complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines. Bonus Points: Expertise with the solution he/she is supporting Experience in K-12 education Proficiency with reputed company Captivate, After Effects, and/or Premiere Understanding of key components of Learning Management Systems Additional Information reputed company your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. Salary Range: $74,700 - $112,100. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
